The head of Ameren Illinois has stepped down. The company announced Scott Cisel has left the company to pursue other interests. Taking his place as Chairman, President and CEO is Richard Mark. Mark is formerly the Senior Vice President of Customers Operations for Ameren Missouri. His new leadership position is effectively immediately.
