The Illinois General Assembly wraps up its first week of veto session Thursday. Legislators have so far overruled Governor Pat Quinn on issues related to prisons and assault weapons. But they've been working on other matters, too including measures designed to address the state's dire financial situation. Illinois Public Radio’s Amanda Vinicky reports.
