Illinois' ban on concealed carry overturned

A federal appeals court Tuesday struck down Illinois' law forbidding people to carry weapons in public. Illinois Public Radio’s Amanda Vinicky spoke with National Rifle Association lobbyist Todd Vandermyde about what the decision means for Illinois gun owners.
