Peoria City Councilman Clyde Gulley is retiring from his post.  Gulley has served the first district for nearly 12 years. He says he will finish his term that ends next May.  The 52-year-old says he will still remain active in the community.  The winner of the April election will fill the First District post.  The only candidate to reportedly declare for the first district seat so far is financial advisor and consultant Denise Moore.
