A former District 150 principal who faced allegations of stealing money pleaded guilty Tuesday to a lesser charge.  Mary Davis will receive two years probation for the attempted obstruction of justice charge. The state dropped 16 other charges against her in return for the plea.  Davis must also pay 10-thousand-dollars in restitution to the school district and five-thousand to the State’s Attorney’s Office.  The former Charles Lindbergh Middle School principal was charged in 2010 with official misconduct and theft.
